Job Satisfaction

Although money is often a key driving force it is important to do a job that makes you happy. The majority of us spend one-third of our adult life at work so we want to show up for more than the paycheck. Do you get excited by what you do? Do you find your work fulfilling? If not, why not? Think about what you like about your position and what you would like to change. If the second list is longer than the first perhaps it’s time to consider a change.
